Modular integrated construction is an innovative construction method that helps ease some of the current challenges faced by the local construction industry. In this method, free standing integrated modules (completed with finishes, fixtures and fittings) are manufactured and assembled in a controlled factory environment and then transported to site for installation into a building.

Modular integrated construction is an innovative construction method that helps ease some of the current challenges faced by the local construction industry. In this method, free standing integrated modules (completed with finishes, fixtures and fittings) are manufactured and assembled in a controlled factory environment and then transported to site for installation into a building.


UNITS ARE DESIGNED TO BE PERMANENT STRUCTURES

They are built using high strength steel, ensuring durability and safety. Using Proprietary construction processes the modulars come with fully bolted connections for easy assembly, with integrated wall panels that can be customized with a variety of materials to give the same solid feel as traditional buildings.

At the site one crane can then stack and finish the modulars into the building at a rate of one modular every 25 minutes equivalent to 10 fully finished units per day. Additional cranes will increase the rate of volume.
