Modular integrated construction is an innovative method that helps ease some of the local construction industry's current challenges. In this method, free-standing integrated modules (completed with finishes, fixtures, and fittings) are manufactured and assembled in a controlled factory environment and then transported to the site for installation in a building.

In this method, free-standing integrated modules (completed with finishes, fixtures, and fittings) are manufactured and assembled in a controlled factory environment and then transported to the site for installation in a building.


UNITS ARE DESIGNED TO BE PERMANENT STRUCTURES

Our modular units are constructed using high-strength steel, ensuring durability and safety. Using proprietary construction methods, each unit features fully bolted connections for easy assembly. The integrated wall panels can be customized with various materials, providing the same solid feel as traditional buildings.

On-site, a single crane can stack and complete the modular units at a rate of one every 25 minutes—equivalent to 10 fully finished units per day. The addition of more cranes further increases production capacity.
