To begin the review process, simply fill out the contact form and attach your project drawings. Our in-house architects will carefully review your submission and provide feedback on how to proceed. If you’re unsure whether a modular building can be placed on your property, please send us the lot layout, including setback and easement information, as well as the current zoning details from your local municipality. We’ll assess your property’s suitability and provide you with expert guidance.
Review by Our Architects
Within 5 business days of submitting your project details, you will receive a response, including a draft conceptual drawing outlining potential solutions for your project. This will provide you with the necessary information to consult with your local architect to determine if you would like to proceed.

Once you’ve decided to proceed, simply email us to request the full instruction package. This package will provide a detailed outline of the next steps for your project. Please include your phone number so we can reach out if further clarification is required.
Project Timeline
The timeline to deliver and assemble your modular units on-site is approximately 3 to 4 months, starting after the official order is placed and all checklist items from the instruction package are completed. Before delivery, it’s the responsibility of the developer or property owner to ensure the site foundations are completed as part of the site preparation. Once all steps are in place, we’ll provide a complete turnkey project.
